Commitment to the Market
AREVA NP is a global nuclear supplier that never stopped building nuclear power plants and is currently building the only Generation III+ plant being constructed in the world. Olkiluoto-3 (OL-3) is being constructed for the Finnish electric utility Teollisuuden Voima Oy (TVO).

Licenseability - OL-3 is operating under an aggressive timeline, and the U.S. EPR licensing process will follow this predictable schedule. This evolutionary EPR design has already won a new plant competitive bid, demonstrating the design's licenseability.
Financeability - OL-3 was a firm price, turnkey project. The EPR is competitive with other designs and technologies that have recently entered the nuclear power licensing process.
Constructability - Proven construction methods of known technology, such as on-site pre-assembly and pre-fabricated modules, support rapid build and turnover timeline.
