EPR: the first generation III+ reactor currently under construction

The EPR™ reactor is an advanced Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) offered by AREVA to satisfy electricity companies'needs for a new generation of nuclear power plants worldwide even more competitive and safer while contributing to sustainable development. The EPR™ is the only Generation III+ reactor being built in Finland, France and China.
