Alternance – Bid Management F/H

As Cyber Bid Manager apprentice, your role will be to assemble and coordinate bid teams with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. You will be focused on Cyber opportunities. These solutions aim to address the needs from critical infrastructure market (Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Defense, Space, Government, O&G, Chemical etc.) in accordance with IB-CY Development Strategy.

Your core responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities (up to 100 k€) ;
• Coordinate bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery ;
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer ;
• Track & Manage Risk throughout the bid process ;
• Write and assemble the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary) ;
• Ensure timely delivery of legal compliant bids ;
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.

• International profile with an engineering or commercial degree
• Mastering English/French is a must
• Demonstrate strong customer management, organization, and communication skills
• You are pro-active, with an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
• Team worker, you know how to deal with a tight schedule.
• Using your soft skills, you are able to motivate / influence people you are working within a matrix-type organization.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, strong work ethic, and love of problem- solving
• Ability to stay motivated and work with minimal supervision
